Living Distinctively DVD: Glimpse

Living Distinctively DVD» Buy the Living Distinctively DVD from Essential Christian

The Living Distinctively DVD will help you take a longer look at a wide range of issues. Over five sessions (each one lasting approximately 15 minutes), prominent people in their respective fields will give thought provoking snapshots of debate for you to consider. Informative and challenging, it will leave you, your home-group and your church eager to talk, think, re-think and talk again!

Accept the Glimpse challenge - and look at life’s topical and ethical dilemmas through
different eyes!
  • How do global and the local issues of life impact us?

  • What does it mean in our hyper-modern world to act justly, love mercy and walk humbly?

When we look at the argument for war, do we support the troops or consider it a battle to be won by peaceful negotiation only? When we look at dazed lottery winners do we wonder what we would do if we had that money, or know how to use what we have?

When we stand face to face with someone who is HIV+, are we paralysed with prejudice or free to be compassionate? Fairtrade, climate change, ethical consumerism….are they words on a distant page or issues to engage with and explore in a way that will transform us and our world!
