Children's Offering
As well as the main Spring Harvest offering, the Children's and Youth programme both support a special cause each year.
Children's Offering Project, UPDATE: October 2009

Hoay Maw Children's Home is in northern Thailand near the Burmese border. It provides shelter and care for many children who are orphans or refugees, saves them from the threat of being trafficked and gives them hope and training for the future. It's a place where orphaned and abandoned children find safety, a loving Christian home and the opportunity to build a life – a future and a hope.
Children aged 5-11 at Spring Harvest learned that they could make a difference
- They saw what life was like for the children of Hoay Maw by watching videos.
- They discovered how the children of Hoay Maw live and learn, and how they too are apprentices learning to walk in the way of Christ.
- They learned that through caring, praying and giving, they can make a real difference to children's lives on the other side of the world.

Over £8000 was raised in the offering and it's already making a real difference
- 80 children can now go to school this year
- Improvements have been made in nutrition and hygiene at the school
- Repairing and fully stocking a mushroom farm with quality shitake mushrooms.
- Supplementing an egg farm and providing new seeds for vegetable crops.
