Q. Are there any spaces left at Spring Harvest?
A. Please refer to our availability grids which are updated regularly from when the booking lines open in June. Alternatively, call Butlins Central Reservations on 0871 230 7451 - lines are open 9am to 9pm, Monday to Saturday. ^Top

Q. Can I book online?
A. Online booking will be available for Spring Harvest, through Butlins's secure website, from July 2009. See our Booking & Info page for a link to Butlins site when this service is available. ^Top
 
Q. Does more accommodation become available when final payments are due?
A. In our experience, generally not. Guests are encouraged not to over book units unless they are confident they can fill them. The occasional unit becomes available around this time, usually owing to cancellation owing to sickness or a change in circumstances. ^Top
 
Q. We booked a larger unit than we needed as no smaller units were available. Do we have to pay for the empty bed spaces?
A. Yes, and these will be charged at the Adult rate. ^Top
 
Q. When are final payments due?
A. All payments must be made to Butlins 56 days before your arrival at Spring Harvest. ^Top
 
Q. There is no suitable accommodation left - can I add my name to a waiting list?
A. We no longer run our Waiting List, so we recommend that you also phone Butlins direct on 0871 230 7451 on a regular basis to give you the best opportunity of securing accommodation. ^Top
 
Q. Am I eligible for a discount on my booking?
A. Discounts are available on standard and silver half board rooms, standard and silver self-catering apartments and silver caravans. Discounts are subject to availability of funds and accommodation. ^Top
 
Q. How do I amend my booking?
A. For any amendment or name change please ring either Skegness on 0845 070 4753 or Minehead on 0845 070 4764. An amendment fee of £10 will be charged per set of changes. ^Top
 
Q. I haven't received confirmation of my booking...
A. Please ring either Skegness on 0871 230 7543 or Minehead on 0871 230 7452 to confirm your booking and request a duplicate confirmation. ^Top
 
Q. I am in half-board, can I have a fridge?
A. Yes, contact Butlins Guests Services by calling 01643 703331 for Minehead or 01754 762311 for Skegness. There will be a charge for this service. ^Top
 
Q. Can I bring pets?
A. No, dogs, cats and other pets/animals are not permitted at the Butlins Resort with the exception of guide dogs for the blind, dogs for the deaf and assistance dogs for people with disabilities. ^Top
 
Q. How do I make a payment from overseas?
A. You could pay by credit card over the phone please call +44 1643 703331 for Minehead or +44 1754 762311 for Skegness. ^Top
